- Improvements to the weaning screen
Thinking about how to better meet the needs of our partners, now on the weaning screen it will be easier to carry out weaning launch operations, piglet movements and piglet deaths in the farrowing!
To configure the weaning launch screen, the user with Farm Owner permission must access the path: Farm > Settings > Management > Farrowing > Weaning Settings.
Initially the two options on the screen will be "yes" so the user just needs to define whether or not he wants to record piglet deaths at weaning and piglet movements at weaning.
Check out the configuration examples:
Example 1: When the configuration wants to record piglet death at weaning is set to “Yes” and the setting wants to record piglet movement at weaning is set to “No”, on the weaning screen you will have the possibility to launch death and below you will have the information if had any previous move to the female.
Example 2: When the configuration wants to record piglet death at weaning is set to “No” and the setting wants to record piglet movement at weaning is set to “Yes”, on the weaning screen we will only have an information on the number of deaths already released, and below you will have the option to launch the movement of piglets (donated and received).
Examples 3: When the configuration is set to “no” for both configuration options, on the weaning screen we will not have the possibility to cast death and movement (donated and received).
- S4 App: Improved piglet death launch
It is now possible to inform the sex of the dead animals of each group! This improvement is located within the group release of farms that have Breeding phase, Farrowing phase and/or Win to Finish phase. Check the steps:
1. Select the batch you want to release death.
2. Click Data entry > Death > Add and fill in the required fields. In the "Gender" option, the options "Male, Female or Not provided" will appear.
3. Check on the next screen, in Death > Data entry, the deaths added, with cause and date of death.
- S4 App: Consumption of vaccines and medication.
The resource for consumption of vaccines and medicines is now also available in the app, so that your day-to-day becomes more practical with the use of the S4 inside the farm!
Follow the steps to understand how to launch: remembering that if launched offline, after synchronising the S4 App, it will not be possible to edit or delete the registered information.
1. In the application, select an open group.
2. Select Medicine Intake or Vaccine Intake. Fill in the mandatory Product, Consumption Date and Applied Quantity fields and click on add.
Tip: when selecting the Product, you can type the first letters and the system will automatically search for vaccines/medicines already registered in the system.
- Boar card
It is now possible to obtain information about the male on its own record, so it is possible to analyze the performance of males and/or semen and their historical results.
To locate the file, go to Management > Breeding Herd > Analysis Center > Performance > Boar Card.
In the same way as the sow card, the boar card presents at first the performance tab and the second the history of this animal.
