Accessing the application, the technician will be automatically directed to Daily Visits section, allowing access to all the schedules of the day.
To start a scheduled audit, click on the desired agenda to be directed to the attendance data.
To start audit registration, click on Start Farm Audit.

At Farm audit section, you will be able to register the following information: 1- Compliance checklist 2- Observations regarding the attendance 3- Initial and final mileage of the visit 4- Notes and media related to the visit |
Checklist
The checklists are created by the corporation and are available to technicians. In scheduled farm audits, you will have access to the checklist previously selected in the schedule. To answer the questions in the checklist, click on the item to be redirected to the question.
Each checklist item must be evaluated by the technician and registered as:
Conformed: It corresponds to the desired expectations for the parameter. In this option the technician can post observations and photos.
Not conformed: Does not correspond to the desired expectations for the parameter. When this option is selected, the technician needs to post a technical recommendation and photos. This recommendation will be sent to the Producer APP, so that the producer is aware.
After selecting the answer, click save to record the desired answer.
After answering all checklist questions, click Finish checklist to save the collected data.
Notes and media
During the attendance, it is also possible to register other complementary data to the service through notes section, to register occurrences and leave recommendations to be followed.
To do this, access the Notes and Media and select the desired option:

To insert a note, simply go to the Note section and register the following data: Select if the note is private or not (by clicking the button on the side, the note becomes private and only you will have access to it, making it invisible to the producer) Title: Title referring to the data to be inserted Text: Describe the desired data You can also take / add photos from your phone as evidence of this note by clicking on the photo icons at the bottom of the screen. After entering all the desired data, click save to send it to the system. |
Recommendation
To leave a recommendation to the producer, fill in the following data: Title: Desired action Recommendation expiry: Deadline for action to be completed Orientation: Instructions on how to do the requested action You can also take / add photos from your phone related to your recommendation by clicking on the photo icons at the bottom of the screen. After entering all the desired data, click save to send it to the system. |
Occurrence
Para registrar no aplicativo ocorrências que tenham acontecido rno decorrer do lote, preencha as seguintes informações: To register on app occurrences that happened during the flock, fill in the following data: Title: Title of the occurrence Date ocurrence: Date on which the event described occurred Description: Describe what happened You can also take / add photos from your phone as evidences of the occurrence by clicking on the photo icons at the bottom of the screen. Registering kilometers and ending the visit
With Agriness Presence, the technician has the possibility to register his mileage. To do this, fill in the fields: Observations: Place visited / reason for route deviation made Initial km: Initial visit kilometer Final Km: Final visit kilometer After recording all the visit data and the mileage, end your visit by clicking Finish. Then, all collected data will be saved in the system. . |
