How to enter a material purchase?
In order to add a material purchase you should access:
Inputs> Warehouse> Data entry> Purchase
To add a purchase click on the icon
It will open a window, fill the following information:
• Purchase Date.
• Material: It should already be active and registered on the farm's settings.
• Quantity.
• Value by unit or total value: choose unit or total, the system will calculate the unselected value.
• Supplier: it should already be active and registered on the farm's settings.
Once everything is filled click on "save and continue" to keep entering data or click on "save and close" to leave the data entry box.
How to add a material consumption?
In order to add a material consumption you should access:
Inputs> Nutrition> Data entry> Consumption
To add a Consumption click on the icon
It will open a window , fill the following information:
• Consumption Date.
• Material.
• Quantity.
• Stage: the stage of the animal such as breeding, farrowing, nursery or finishing.
• Group: the group window will only appear for stages of nursery and finishing. The consumption of stages of breeding and nursery will be considered for the whole stage.
Once everything is filled click on "save and continue" to keep entering data or click on "save and close" to leave the data entry box.
How to add a material sales?
In order to add a material sales you should access:
Inputs> Warehouse> Data entry> Sales
To add a Sales click on the icon:
It will open a window, fill the following information:
• Sale Date.
• Material.
• Quantity.
• Value by unit or total value: choose unit or total, the system will calculate the unselected value.
• Purchaser: It should be an alreadyactive and registered on the farm's settings.
Once everything is filled click on "save and continue" to keep entering data or click on "save and close" to leave the data entry box.
