If by any chance you can't send a chat message, print a report or list or even export a report or some data on S4, there is a path to solve the issue. 

See the following steps::


1 - Open the Google Chrome > Click on the menu (three dots on the right superior corner of the page;




2 - Select settings;




3 - On the menu on the left, select Privacy and security;




4 - Scroll down and select Site settings ;





5 - scroll down  to Pop-ups and redirects; 




6 - Click on add to add s4 farm link: "s4farm.agriness.com";



The recommendation is that S4 farm is used always on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to avoid incompatibility issues.
